On the Tracks of Gen. Suworow on Snowshoes
A simple, but nevertheless a very attractive landscape. This tour on snowshoes follows the tracks of the Russian General (1799) from Uri to Muotathal. It is a very beautiful tour on a historical route with a magnificent alpine view of Uri and Schwyz.

Snowshoes Tor Brunnital - Ruchenhüttli - Seewligta
Brunnital - a side valley of the well-known Schächental, at the foot of the Klausenpass, is a dreamlike scenery. An intact mountain forest and fascinating frozen waterfalls, as well as the impressive rows of stone walls of the Rucken, and the mountain range of the Windgällen, are only some of the highlights of this two-day tour. The hut in Ruchen is small, but cosily furnished and it is built in a splendid and quiet location.

The Rotondo district in the region of the Gotthard pass is the most favorite snowshoes area, which guarantees ample snow. Through the Rottälihorn we ascend the peak with a pretty view in Wittenwassertal.
